HI my name is tom and have been brewing for about one year, worked at three floyds brew pub in munster in the kitchen and that is what made me appreciate great beer, i have plans to open my own brew pub in the future and i hope it works out, lots of work but it would be worth it.

Not sure I'm ready for a brewery --- but I would sure love a 20' x 30' brew shop fully plumbed and 6 twelve gallon stainless steel conicals. Now that would be some brewing ... and sampling

Look on aha's site at mrbowens brew shed.  Same guy as on the Beersmith front page.  He did a awesome job.
