Yo from Nashville
« on: December 31, 2009, 10:37:04 AM »
Been brewing off and on for about fifteen years. Started brewing very regularly about 2 years ago. Attended Siebel's Consise course this November. Right now I'm drinking a rye ale and a Porter. I am fermenting a scotish ale and a nut brown. Gonna brew some IPA over New Years.

Its great to be here

Nice! Welcome aboard.  I'd like to go to Siebel one day.
Good Recipe, Good Ingredients, Good Procedure, Good Sanitation = Good Brew.

Welcome to the club. Hope you can pass along some of the nuggets you've learned from your courses.
