entering grains as a percentage

Is it possible to enter the grains you want in, then saying what percentage of the total grain bill you want them to be?  This would help a lot brewing clones that just give you percentage of the grain bill.

Someone here had the cool idea of entering a 100-pound recipe, so that pounds equal one percent increments, and then to scale the recipe to the batch size you want.  Then round the odd figures to nearest ounce or 1/4 pound?
 
thats not a bad idea.  Maybe I'll try that from now on.
