Belgian Beer Recipe

Does any one a good recipe for a Belgian Beer Recipe ???
I would like to brew a Blonde style , kinda strong ABV.

My "La fin du Blond" is about 7% if you have Unibroue yeast. 
It is a really well balanced beer.
 
95% Belgian Pils
some Belgian Caramel pils and any other unique malt note you want

Wyeast 3522 Ardennes, which I think is White 550.  Styrian, EKG or even Saaz hops.

10-15% sucrose or clear candi syrup.

Interesting.  What IBU are you aiming for and do you flavor/aroma it with late hop addition?
 
Blonde is typically a sweetish and fruity beer from the yeast, so I would do a bittering addition for 23 to 28 IBU just for the balance or offset to that sweetness.  Any late hops might overrun the Belgian yeast character.  Similar to late-hops on a weizen running over the banana/clove.
