2010 Highland Cup - GABF Pro-Am opportunity

I wanted to let people in the southeast know about a great competition opportunity.  Highland Brewing in Asheville NC is having their Third Annual Highland Cup competition on March 7th.  What's great about this competition is that Highland Brewing will brew the Best-of-Show winner and sell it throughout their six-state distribution region in the southeast.  The past two years, they've put the winner's mug on the bottle label. 

And, they enter the winner in the GABF Pro-Am.  And, they take you to Colorado for those parties. 

It's limited to residents of these states (NC, SC, GA, FL, VA and TN), but if you live around here, give it some thought. 

I believe Tomahawk is a trade-name version of Columbus....part of a legal tiff between Hop Union and Yakima Chief.  Zeus is newer but believed to be nearly identical.  So when they say CTZ in a recipe they mean whichever variety you can get locally.
