I cannot find Safale US-56 in the yeast database.  I know it is the same as US-05 but that is not there either.  How would I add it?  I'm not sure if it is the same as WY1056, if so do I copy, remane, etc?

If you just want neutral dry yeast, Nottingham is good too.

US-56 is no longer.  Because it is the 1056 WYeast in dry form, Wyeast petitioned SafeAle to change the US-56 name so as to not take people away from the liquid version.  SafeAle renamed it to S-05.  I use it all the time.

Thanks for the .bsm.  It would seem that this is a standard dry yeast and should be added to the default database.
