Hello everyone,
I just paid for the BeerSmith program. Loved the 21 day trial and feel it will do exactly what I want to accomplish. I live in Alberta Canada and have been an all grain brewer for about 16 years. I am in the midst of starting a homebrew club here since there isn't one in Central Alberta. I love brewing more than drinking the beer (but I do like that as well).
