HAPPY ST PADDYS DAY TO ALL!

Neither! I have a Dry Irish Stout on tap. I tweaked it with Irish Whiskey, and a wee bit of Oak chips. It needs time to mellow but oh well, "the Day is upon us"
 
Not to sure... I don't have anything in the beer-fridge that fits. So I guess I will be headed to the store.
