Fixed file names for generating a maintainable overview of recipes

Hi guys,

I find the recipe overview in Beersmith wonderful but would like to see the file name and hence url to be fixed for future use. This can be achieved if they are always kept in the same order and not insert any recipes in between but that seemed to be impossible for me. Therefore I wrote a small script to adjust the filenames and update the index file. The result is linked from my brewery's site:

http://ododo.nl at:
http://ododo.nl/beersmith/recipes.htm with individual recipes e.g. in:
http://ododo.nl/beersmith/recipes_2006-12-09_Dodo_Pale_Ale.htm

Now if I add a recipe I forgot from back in 2005 I don't mess up the ordering.

Brad, don't hold up on the scheduled Mac release for this feature request. We need a Mac version more for sure.
