New Zealand New Guy

Well here we go with an introduction.

Am in Tauranga NZ and have been grain brewing properly on my own for about 6months.  I have kit brewed and been part of brewers circles for about 8 years.  Only recently needed to upgrade and up skill.

I am a Stainless steel welder and mechanical design engineer so i have access to some reasonable custom made kit.

I am mostly trying to recreate the beers from back in the South of England where i emigrated from 4 years ago.

Would be interested to Know if there are many other grain brewers in the area as I have only found about 8 of us locally.
