hi there. I'm writing from the village of Loughor on the edge of Swansea (South Wales - UK). I've just downloaded a trial version of the Beersmith software and am inputting today's brew to see how it looks. A bit bewildering at first. I've been mashing since 1987 using various publications available in the UK. Today's brew is a best Bitter I've called Green Fingers (the wife's getting to grips with the new garden!). I barrel mainly nowadays as I no longer have the time and patience for bottle washing. I will see how the brew matches up with the predictive features in the software and then decide whether to purchase it.
