Can you add Rolled Oats to the ingredients profile and Vanilla Beans to the Miscellaneous?

I would be happy to add them.
Do you have the specifications for either? I don't know, for example, how much vanilla bean one might add to a 5 gallon batch.
Note you can also add them yourself in the interim by just opening up the grain or misc databases and creating a new item.
