Missing Ingredients

I've just opened my Beersmith software and found the ingredients are missing from my recipe view for all my recipes. Everything else remained the same. Help!!! Does anyone know of a way to get them back? Where on the computer are these files are stored? Thanks

Here's an update. I also emailed Brad Smith about my dilemma and he had the problem solved in no time flat!!! I simply had to delete a corrupt file and Shazzam I was good to go. I'd like to say at this point this is AWESOME software and backed up with that kind of support, unheard of these days. So tell all your brewing friends to buy this software, it's a deal at twice the price! Keep up the good work Beersmith!
