Transferring Beersmith to a new computer.

So I built a new computer and I want to transfer Beersmith over to that.  What is the best way to transfer all my recipes and custom inventory over to the new computer?  Also, I already used my two installs on my old computer and a laptop.  Is there a way I can get a fresh install for my new computer?
