Jesse here. Started about two years ago with a partial mash coffee stout in a Mr. Beer fermentor. By now, we (my wife, some of my friends, and I) have gotten into all-grain. We've done wits, Scottish, English Brown, experimental stouts. All ales so far. I have a freezer that I would like to modify into a lagerer, but that's still down the road a bit. I would love to hear all the different ways you all do things.
