Clay from Tucson

Hi, All.

I just thought I would post a short introduction.
My brewing experience is meager.
I started a while back with some mead in a jerry-rigged system.
I have now got some more user-friendly equipment and have a "Summer Bitter" in the secondary fermenter.

I recently moved to Tucson, AZ and am trying to finish up a PhD in geology, but I keep getting distracted with all of these great hobbies.  I purchased BeerSmith yesterday and hope to do some more learning.
