Hello, everyone.
I'm Brueno from the prairie in North Central Oklahoma. I have a Brewzer 15 gallon HERMS system, I keg mostly. I have been a brewer on and off since Jimmy Carter signed Senator Cranston's home brewing act into law in the '70s. I've brewed many styles of beer, but have mostly settled on what we call the 'Recipe'. This beer started out years ago as Koelsch, but now is somewhat a different lagered ale - probably because my family originally had connections to the Koeln area, I guess it's in the blood as well as blood stream. I am new to the BrewSmith system, and will probably ask dumb questions about how to use it.
