Hello all.
I am planning on using one of the default mash profiles in Beersmith.
The Profile is the Double Infusion, Light Body.
This is a 3 step profile of Protein Rest, Saccrification, and Mash out.
My question is this.
If I change the step time for the Saccrification step from 30 to say 60 minutes, are there any other changes that I need to make?
Or will Beersmith recognize it and compensate for the change?
Any thoughts on this?
