Hi Folks,

Just tasted two bottle from my latest batches; numbers 5 and 6, which were 1 gallon experiments.  Both were single ingredient with Amarillo hops - APAs.  One with DME and the other was my first all-grain (Maris Otter malt).  Will taste compare the DME/Cascade vs. the DME/Amarillo tomorrow.

I 'built' them with Beersmith and boy I really like this program and am looking forward to V2.

Welcome. Using BeerSmith has actually inspired me to progress into more advanced skills, play with new ingredients and experiment with my own recipes. BeerSmith not only helps brewday go smooth and records my past batches, but it has made me a better brewer.
Yea, can't wait for V2 ;D
