Hop's harvest! Any suggestions?

Hey, so I have a couple pounds of cascade hops, and was looking for ideas.  I was thinking about a pale something like Ska's Euphoria, but wanted to see if anyone has some creative recipes that use lots of hops.  I'll take anything other than a strong ale, since I have one of those fermenting right now.

        try a single hop ale. Here is a recipe that I brewed that was super. Substitute Cascade and you will at the very least learn about the hops character for future use. http://www.northernbrewer.com/documentation/allgrain/AG-ChinookIPA.pdf
