Hello. I just came across this forum while browsing for some homebrewing tips and advice. I currently have my third batch of beer in the fermenter. I'm still using extract kits, but hope to "graduate" soon and start getting more advanced. I want to say thanks to everyone here for the helpful advice and recipes.
