Brian's Big Belgian recipe
« on: October 27, 2010, 10:37:19 AM »
Hi. In this recipe, it lists 7 lbs of  "Light Dry Extract", and then the next line shows 2 lbs of "Light Dry Extract". In other words, it's the same extract, just two different amounts. I'm new to homebrewing, but this doesn't sound right to me. Can anyone verify this recipe?

Thanks,
Mike

That does look inncorrect. It doesn't look like there is a good reason they have it split like that. It looks like Brian Smith wrote this one. Ask him. Maybe it's supposed to be two different grains/malts.
