Bug: "&" becomes "_"

I just added my gear to the Equipment inventory, and tried entering a new recipe with my equipment.  I named my gear "34 qt Turkey Cooker & Ice Cube MLT".  In Recipe View, the "&" is displayed as an accelerator bar "_".

 Thanks for catching this one.  Its a windows artifact - Windows converts ampersands to underlines for keyboard accelerators in certain fields.

 I have corrected this for the next release.
