Howdy

Hello everyone. Been brewin for about 6-7 years. Started w/ a Mr.Beer that was a gift.  Quickly moved to all grain after getting hooked.  Had been a microbrew fan from days spent in grad school at Flatbranch Brewery in Columbia,MO back in the late 90's and this fit my beer craving.  Started w/ the basics and keep adding pieces here and there. I am fan of malt-based beers, but I enjoy the occasional big IPA too. Added BeerSmith to my pieces of equipment after using a spreadsheet for several years.  Great addition to the brewhouse!  Really like the inventory component.  I am a new BJCP judge and enjoy tasting other folks creations. Just finished a Schwarzbier today and a Vienna last weekend.  Trying to get feet wet on lagers.  Happy brewing ;D
