Hello from Bath Maine.
I have been a home brewer for many years - started with the Beer Machine and plastic buckets. Now brewing extract amber ales and am very pleased with the results I am getting.
I also have a spare 2 1/2 gallon keg and am looking for half-size recipes in order to make use of that. Does anybody have any experience of converting a recipe to half size? Maybe I could use it for a barleywine (or similar).
