Just starting home brewing. We have 5 styles we have done so far. Can't wait to learn more.
 
I have noticed that nobody really responds unless there is a question so let me say welcome even though I have been registered for 3 days.

What styles have you brewed?
 
My sons and I have done:
Hefeinwiezen
Dunklewieizen
American Pale Ale
American Amber ale
Holiday Ale

The Hefi was great, American Pale Ale was good but to hoppy, The amber was excellent (have some fermenting now), have not tried the dunkle or holiday ales yet.
