I added simcoe hops to the tune of 62.7 IBU's in the Ingredients section. However down in the Beer profile section it says 90 IBU's. This recipe also has some cascades at flameout but this does not contribute to the IBU's. What would make the IBU's different from one section to the next and which one is correct? Thanks!

My guess is some equipment settings are confusing the calculations.  A 60-min boil in a small pot seems like it may evaporate more than 0.5 gallon.

I've read here that the Bitterness Calculator uses generic data, and the Recipe calc uses more specifics from your recipe and your settings.

It would help to post your recipe file.
