I am new to brewing (4 solo 5gal brews).  I'm thinking of going to AG, any advice on building a tier system that can be taken apart easily?  Would appreciate any advice.  Thx!

Neanderthalbrews,
All grain is the way to go. More fun, more ways to brew your own ideas. I am a advocate of BIAB (Brew In A Bag.) It is much easier to brew and the beer turns out the same. The thing about it is that it is lower cost to start. You don't have to spend the extra money and store the equipment. Less time brewing and more time concocting new beers. BeerSmith works well with BIAB and it will be even better in the next version (right Brad?) Here is a link about Brew in a bag.

Good luck and welcome.
