How can I restore deleted or corrupted (accidents on my part) of mash profiles??

Deleted profiles

- Start date
First:
- Back up your existing mash profiles:
-- Go to the Mash database, and use the Export command on the file manu to save off all of your profiles to a file somewhere (in case you need one later).
- Recover your old mash profiles:
-- Use the "Recover" command on the "File" menu.
-- Pick "Mash Profiles" from the drop down list
-- Pick a date before you made the mistake - then just follow along!
-- This will restore your mash database to the previous date.
ONLY IF REQUIRED:
Now - you can go back and use the Import command to restore any other stuff you might need from the backup you made in step one. Just import the file and drag and drop the ones you need back into your mash database.
