Hello all,
I am new to this forum and still new to home brewing, but I am looking forward to using the BEERSMITH software and the info here for help.
I really hope to make an enjoyable hobby out of it , something to do with friends and family .
At this time I have a batch of American Wheat in the fermenter (for 2 days now ), plan on moving to secondary in another 3 to 5 days ( any suggestions on this ? ).

Thanks and ENJOY THE SOLITUDE !!!

Welcome!

Just keep it in your primary until your fermentation is completely done. Do a gravity reading then transfer for a rest for about a week. bottle/ keg, condition, then enjoy
