Last several recipes I have entered show the cal at 43...........what is going on........the cals should be up around 375 cals

There are two columns to put your Starting Gravity and your Final Gravity in to.  When you do that, it will calculate.  I use it for my actual gravities when I brew the beer so I have real stats rather than theoretical.
