Hello from Georgia, soon to be moving to Baton Rouge. I have been brewing just over 1 year, started off with all extract, currently on the DME/ steeped grain stage of my progression. Just got Beersmith and love it. I tend to like ales, typically a little darker in color. The best thing I have brewed so far is a porter I did back at Christmas. Look forward to the advice I get from the forum.

I'm originally from Ga (Warner Robins) but been in Colorado for about 16 years now. New to BeerSmith myself and it's apparent this will be a valuable resource. I'm a huge fan of dark ales myself, just brewed a Cascadian Dark Ale, partial mash.
