I want to produce conical bottom stainless steel fermenter. I have one problem. I haven't place for capacity that I want to brew, if to buy with 600 conical bottom. But not all is bad. May be can I produce with 900 conical bottom? How can this work on yeasts? They can exit from fermenter?
