Greetings!
I'm new to this site and to brewing, but I am very anxious to get started with a brew from scratch! I have, so far, completed 4 brews (Oktoberfest, Hefeweizen, Pumpkin Spice Porter, and Raspberry Wheat), all from kits (*blush*)... but I am now looking for a Belgian Wit that's fairly easy to brew to help move me forward and help me eventually start experimenting with creating my own recipe. Any help is much appreciated!
