Will the carbonation calculator provide the proper values when I use my counter-pressure bottle filler?
I have never used one before, and want to do it correctly.

I plan on chilling the beer cold..  32~34°F and have the Co2 at the determined pressure.
The bottles and tubing will be pre-chilled, and hopefully I can fill and cap quickly.

Should I compensate for any loss due to this process?

No - there is usually not much need to change the keg pressure much.

 My recommendations:
  - Chill or even consider freezing the bottles to minimize foaming
  - The keg must be cold
   - Keg pressure should be at or just below your normal serving pressure for cold beer (usually around 10-12 PSI).  If you lower it too much there will be a tendency to foaming.

I'm sure others have more experience.  I have a counter pressure filler, but I have not used it much since I bought a portable CO2 unit.  I just take a keg or mini-keg instead now.

Cheers!
Brad
