Hi,
The "New Brewsheet" report you can select from the dropdown is editable. If you go to your BeerSmith installation directory under templates, you will see the file. Make a copy of it and edit it, then use the "Reports" tab of the options dialog to add your new template as a custom report.
The other brewsheet (classic) is actually internal to the program and not editable.
