I have already preordered BeerSmith2 but can I download the old version now? I just bought a new laptop and would like to get it on it now. Also will I be able to download a MAC and PC version? My desk computer is a MAC and thee laptop is PC.
 
You should have two licenses.  One for the "Good" (old) version,  the other for the "Better" (new) version.

Should not be a problem.  Trial mode alone should carry you over until you DL BeerSmith2
