I'm making a pretty cheap cream ale, so I'm using Munton's gold dry brewer's yeast.  I don't see it (or the standard Munton's dry yeast) in BS2.  Does it really matter if I put in another yeast?  Right now I'm mainly using BS to generate stats and general directions for the mash and sparge.

Thanks!

I don't have stats for Munton's dry yeast, but I would guess that they are in the 70-72% attenuation range so if you pick a yeast close to that range (or just add Muntons yourself to the yeast ingredients list) you should be in the ball park.

If you take a look at their web site, they may have a more accurate attenuation listed which would provide a more accurate number for you.
