Rice hulls don't show up on Brewsheet

I did an all-wheat brew today, and used about a pound of rice hulls. I had added the rice hulls into my recipe, but I noticed when printing out my Brewsheet, that the rice hulls did not appear anywhere in the instructions. I knew to add them, of course , but I figured for consistency's sake that they'd be something you want to show up I'm not sure, but this may occur with other adjuncts, as well--haven't tested it though.

 Thanks for catching this - apparently I missed some of the adjunct types under certain circumstances.

 I should be able to roll this into the final round of batch sparge fixes and release it all at once.
