Hello all I am a retired soldier and Aerospace worker living in paradise and beer heaven.  Have been brewing about one year, mostly kits, one all grain, and some partial grain.  Have had some great success and some dismal failures, and am still learning.  I'm fond of Marzen, Belgian Tripel, IPA's, Guinness, and German lagers.  Was stationed in Germany and had a great beer in Mainz called Kastle or Kastel, but find no record of it anywhere?  Also had some great beer in Copenhagen on leave.  Need refrigeration before attempting any of those.  Where are the 300 recipes located that Brad Smith talks about in his introduction letter?  Just bought 1.4 and ungraded several days later to 2.00.  Neat programs.

Great to have you here!

I'm in San Diego today at the AHA conference!

Brad
