I do BIAB in a 10 gallon kettle, so sometimes the mash volume that beersmith calculates comes out a little on the high side if I have a large grain bill.  I know the latest update allows the mash volume to be changed, but I still seem to have problems doing that and having it stick.  I'll change it, and then it will change back or change to a different number.  I'm also having issues with the infusion temperature changing randomly?  For example, I want to do a witbier using the BIAB medium body with a protein rest at 122F for 15 mins.  When I add this step, it tells me that my infusion temperature should be -313.5F and it sets the volume to -.23qt.  Then, my second step is correct, mash at 156F with 34qts of water.  Any thoughts?
