Was just wondering how the Alcohol ABV value is worked out in BS2?
Being in the UK, I would like to set it up so that it uses the formula as given by the UK government beer duty notice.
E.g. OG 1048 ferments down to 1010, this gives an ABV in BS2 as 5%.
However, the UK customs formula would give 4.9%.
Not a lot of difference but when paying duty it can mount up.
Cheers
