Now that the weather has warmed up here in ohio, i would like to continue brewing a great summer pale ale but, im worried that my temps are just too high here. I dont really have anywhere to keep my fermenter all that cool so my day time temps could be around 85 or so. im also looking for a simple extract recipe that fits with this scenario. Just had a Sam Adams summer ale if that helps narrow it down.  thanks in advance everyone, i sure am enjoying this forum!

Ok so after slowing down a bit and respecting the original recipe this should represent the style a bit better.  :-[ I now understand the point of beet sugar over honey in this style. Probably change the munich malt to liquid too. Anyone have any opinions on spices? or tweaking the recipe any more?
