Hi,
I've just purchased BeerSmith and am in the process of setting-up my own equipment profile.
I use malt from the Warminster Maltings in Wiltshire, UK, and so wondered whether it would be possible for you to add their grains as one of your Add-Ons? Here are the links to their product lists.
Main Product analysis http://www.warminster-malt.co.uk/pdfs/Pale%20Malts%20&%20Adjuncts%202010%20Q4.pdf
Specialist malts http://www.warminster-malt.co.uk/pdfs/Coloured%20Malts%20&%20Roasted%202010%20Q4.pdf
Organic malts http://www.warminster-malt.co.uk/pdfs/Organic_2010_Q4.pdf
Thanks in-anticipation
