I'm cleaning up some misc. ingredients, brewing an IPA
suggestions for hop schedule
10.50 Mo
1 lb Munich
6 0z Crystal 80 lov
1.8 oz Centenial 50 min
2 oz EKG 10 min
1 oz Cascade dry hop in keg
US 05
also I have some Willamette & crystal
Any suggestions?

Looks tasty, but since you are asking for suggestions, here they are.
I find that adding hops throughout the boil gives more interesting results.
I'd spread out the 2 oz addition. Maybe one for fifteen and one for ten, or one for ten and one for five. I might even use a bit of the Willamette at the halfway mark. You're making an IPA right? Go for broke!

Today I kegged an IPA and tasting the FG reading it seemed promising. I hopped the hell out of it. All hops were in the 5% alpha range.
Here's what I did:
11.25 lb Pale
12 oz Crystal
150 mash temp
2 oz EKG 60 min
1 oz Hallertau 45 min
1 oz Hallertau 30 min
1 oz Hallertau 5 min
.5 oz Hallertau dry hop in secondary
US 05
IV 6 gal
IG 1.056 FG 1.004

IP f'ing A!
