Ingredients

I'm having an issue with the ingredients.  It seems that most of them have disappeared. There were no yeasts listed and no base malts.  Is there a file or files that gives all of these?  I've tried uninstalling and re-installing however that did nothing. (I Didn't delete saved recipes, etc, just uninstalled)

damn, I just realized that ALL of the style guidelines are missing too!! 

OK, well, I've fixed the problem.  Appears that I had too many folders/installations or something. I deleted them all and re-installed.  That's my guess at least. It's back to normal now.
