Adjusting Characteristics of New Ingredients

I need to add brown sugar to the ingredients available on Beersmith 2.0. I have added it as an item, but there does not seem to be a way to designate how many gravity points or how much color it will add to the recipe. Am I missing something?
 
Double click on the item in the 'Ingredients' view, type in the info you want in the appropriately labeled boxes.
 
Despite your being snarky and not bothering to search ingredients, I'll offer that brown sugar is already an ingredient.  Click Ingredients, grains, search Sugar or scroll down the list though it is on the first page for me.
