Hi Everyone.
New member-just signed up. Have been brewing beer for about 8 months now. Do 2.5 to 2.75 gal partial mashes. Like the variety I get with smaller batches. I am a retired liquor store owner from Evergreen, CO.
Lots of great microbreweries in CO, so I am blessed/cursed with trying to copy some great beers.
