Hi, I'm considering doing a BIAB brew but I want to try and recreate an extract recipe that I brewed before and loved. Its this recipe here http://www.beertools.com/html/recipe.php?view=7657&fvu=liters&u=metric&fv=20&scaleBttn=Scale+Recipe It uses 2.88Kg of 'Dry Wheat; Muntons'. The info link on Muntons says 'Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.'. Can anyone tell me how I convert this to a BIAB recipe? Heres a link to the crushed wheat malt from my LHBS http://www.thehomebrewcompany.ie/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=69_73&products_id=145 but it says 'Maximum percentage 70%'. I'm confused? what % of this wheat should I use and what should make up the balance?
Thanks
