After playing with proMash and Beersmith, I really like the interface of Beersmith so much better. It's very user friendly and (of course) the ongoing development and support is a plus!
I'm using it to develop my own custom recipe for a specialty beer, which (I think) hasn't ever been attempted before. It's utilizing an adjunct ingredient in the fermenter that's pretty unique and hard to find.
